At HitHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and any included accessories.

  • For graded Pokémon cards, the PSA, BGS, Ace, or other grading case must be undamaged and untampered.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale at checkout


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds over £5 will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds of £5 or under will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases at HitHub.

  • If you purchase multiple items and one or more are out of stock, the value of the unavailable items will be refunded as store credit.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used at any time on future orders.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.


Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
